Altitude Local Ai Terms of Service

1. Introduction Welcome to Altitude Local Ai (“Company”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our services, which are designed to help your Google Business Page (“GBP”) rank in the top 3 for your local area using our proprietary technology. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Services The Company provides services to optimize and improve the ranking of your GBP in local search results. Our goal is to achieve top 3 rankings for your business key ranking words within the specified local area.

3. Proprietary Technology Our services utilize proprietary technology developed by the Company. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of this technology.

4. Service Agreement Upon entering into a service agreement with the Company, you will receive detailed information regarding the scope of services, fees, and any specific terms related to your agreement. You are required to provide accurate and complete information to facilitate the optimization process.

5. 90-Day Money Back Guarantee Altitude Local Ai offers a 90-day money-back guarantee. Our promise is to get your GBP to rank in the top 3 for your business key ranking words. If we don’t, and you’re not satisfied with the results, we’ll give you your money back under the following conditions:

5.1. Eligibility for Money-Back Guarantee To be eligible for the 90-day money-back guarantee, you must meet the following criteria:

  • You must be an active customer of Altitude Local Ai.
  • Your GBP must not rank in the top 3 for the agreed-upon business key ranking words within 90 days from the start of the service, which will be provided to you upon signing up.
 

5.2. Guarantee Period The guarantee period is 90 days, starting from the date you commence using our services.

5.3. Satisfaction Clause If, after 90 days, your GBP does not rank in the top 3 for your business key ranking words and you are not satisfied with the results, you may request a refund. Satisfaction is determined by the failure to achieve the specified rankings.

5.4. Requesting a Refund To request a refund, you must:

  • Submit a written request via email to alex@altitudecreate.com within 10 days after the 90-day period has ended.
  • Include the reasons for your dissatisfaction.
  • Allow up to 7 business days for the Company to review and process your refund request.
 

5.5. Refund Processing If your refund request is approved, the Company will process your refund within 7 business days from the date of approval. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

5.6. Exclusions The money-back guarantee does not apply in the following circumstances:

  • If the customer fails to provide necessary access and information requested for optimizing the GBP.
  • If the GBP is penalized or blacklisted by Google due to reasons beyond the Company’s control.
  • If the customer violates any terms of the service agreement or engages in unethical practices that impact GBP rankings.
 

6. Payment Terms

  • Payment for services is due as outlined in your service agreement.
  • Payments must be made using the methods specified by the Company.
  • Late payments may incur additional fees and result in suspension or termination of services.
 

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide timely access to necessary accounts and information.
  • Cooperate with the Company in a professional and timely manner.
  • Adhere to all guidelines and recommendations provided by the Company.
 

8. Confidentiality Both parties agree to keep all confidential information disclosed during the course of the agreement confidential and not to use it for any purpose other than the fulfillment of the agreement.

9. Data Protection The Company will handle your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws and our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • The Company’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.
  • The Company is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of its services.
  • The Company is not responsible for any penalties or ranking changes imposed by Google.
 

11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of our services or breach of these Terms.

12. Termination

  • Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice.
  • The Company reserves the right to terminate services immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in unethical practices.
 

13. Governing Law These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided will be resolved in the courts of California.

14. Amendments The Company reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Customers will be notified of any changes in advance. Continued use of our services after any amendments constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
